To access and manage your online consulting business on Incomtify, you must create an account. You agree to provide complete and truthful information, keep your credentials secure, and accept full responsibility for all activities carried out under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact help@incomtify.com immediately.

4. Platform Purpose

Incomtify provides tools and hosting infrastructure for users to:

• Create and host their online consulting businesses.
• Upload private lessons, videos, and resources.
• Manage members, courses, and communities.
• Present their businesses to potential clients and subscribers.

Incomtify does not participate in the sale, pricing, or delivery of user services. Each creator operates independently while using the platform.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

• All payments from members or clients are handled directly by you, the creator or business owner.
• You are solely responsible for setting up and managing your own payment methods, such as PayPal or bank transfer.
• Incomtify does not collect, process, or hold any payments made between you and your customers.
• Any disputes, refunds, or failed transactions must be resolved directly between you and your customers.
• You are responsible for complying with all tax obligations related to your business income.

6. Content Ownership and Responsibility

• You retain full ownership and rights to all content you upload to your business page.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.
• By uploading content, you grant Incomtify a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display your content within your business area for operational purposes only.
• Incomtify reserves the right to review or remove any content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or harms the platform’s reputation.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post or distribute any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, pornographic, or misleading.
• Use Incomtify to promote scams, fraudulent schemes, or unverified financial products.
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or interfere with the platform’s functionality or systems.
• Impersonate other users or misuse the Incomtify name for unauthorized purposes.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

8. Privacy

Your use of Incomtify is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and protect user data. By using the platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination and Suspension

Incomtify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

Upon termination, your business and content may be removed, and you will lose access to your account. Incomtify is not responsible for any loss of data, members, or revenue caused by account termination.

10. Platform Fees

Incomtify may charge hosting or maintenance fees for using its services. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated during registration or through your Business Manager dashboard. You are responsible for maintaining any required payments to keep your business active on the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

Incomtify acts solely as a hosting and facilitation platform. We are not responsible for your earnings, customer relationships, or business outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Incomtify is not liable for:

• Loss of income, reputation, or data.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Disputes or issues between you and your customers.

Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

12. Intellectual Property of Incomtify

All platform technology, systems, and design elements remain the exclusive property of Incomtify Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the platform’s code, branding, or content without written permission.

13. Updates to These Terms

Incomtify may update these Terms periodically to reflect technical, legal, or policy changes. Users will be notified of significant updates through email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the platform after an update indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
